Your product list never leaves your browser. Your last list is saved on this device so you can reprint any time.

Need UPC or EAN numbers for stores or Amazon?

This tool draws barcodes. It doesn't sell or assign barcode numbers. To sell in retail stores or list most products on Amazon, your UPC/EAN numbers (GTINs) must be licensed to your company by GS1. For your own stock, bins and asset tags, use Code 128 with any codes you like. For Amazon FBA, print your FNSKU as Code 128.

Barcode label FAQ

Is this barcode label maker really free?

Yes. Make and download as many label sheets as you like, with no signup and no watermark.

Which label sheets are supported?

Avery 5160/8160 (30 per sheet), 5167/8167 (80), 5161/8161 (20) and 5163/8163 (10) on US Letter; Avery L7160 (21) and L7651 (65) on A4; and single thermal labels in 4×6, 2×1 and 2¼×1¼ inch sizes. Compatible store-brand sheets with the same numbers work too.

My labels print slightly off. What do I do?

In the print dialog choose "Actual size" or 100% scale. Print one page with "Print label outlines" turned on, on plain paper, and hold it against a label sheet. If it's still off, use Printer alignment to nudge it by a millimetre or two.

What goes in each column?

Code (the barcode value), name (printed above the barcode), an extra line such as a price, size or condition (printed below), and copies (how many labels of that item). A header row with names like SKU, Name, Price and Qty is detected automatically.

Do you check UPC and EAN numbers?

Yes. If you enter 11 UPC digits or 12 EAN digits, we add the check digit. If you enter the full number, we check it and tell you when the last digit is wrong.

Is my data uploaded anywhere?

No. The barcodes and the PDF are made in your browser. Your last list is stored only in this browser's local storage. Apart from cookie-free visit counts (see Privacy), the only thing ever sent is an anonymous error report if something breaks (error text, browser, page, app version), never anything you type or upload.
